Podcard for teams is designed to help remote-working teams stay connected. Team leaders invite colleagues to record audio messages for their teammates, sharing stories and anecdotes, and reflections on why their colleagues are great. Each team member then receives a podcard of between 3-15 messages. They’re a way to celebrate wins, boost communication, and bring joy to your hardworking team. A perfect addition to any offsite!
